HANDS (Health Access Nurturing Development Services)
Voluntary home visitation program for new or expectant moms, dads, and families. HANDS provides information on prenatal care, nutrition, safety, and child development to help parents on their journey to being a successful parent. Receive information and activities to help you and your baby navigate early parenthood together from professional staff trained in the most up-to-date parenting techniques. Moms, dads, and families receive support during pregnancy and through baby’s first two years. HANDS supports families as they build healthy, safe environments for children.
