Hospice Care Plus & Compassionate Care Center
Hospice Care Plus provides bereavement care to families of those we have cared for and for the community at large. A weekly support group meets on Thursdays at 2 PM for family members of those who were cared for by any of our programs. For those who do not wish to attend in-person groups or whose loved ones were not cared for by our programs, contact us to learn about other bereavement support services. We also offer rapid HIV testing and peer support for recovery placement if you are ready to stop using. We offer free immunizations, Hepatitis C testing and other services as available. The Harm Reduction program is available during all clinic hours.

It is for patients with a chronic, progressive illness who need assistance managing pain and symptoms, coordinating care among physicians, and accessing community resources. Baptist Health Richmond now offers Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) at our Outpatient Behavioral Health clinic. MAT/MOUD is a form of treatment for substance use disorders that includes the use of medication along with counseling and other support services. MAT/MOUD can allow individuals the opportunity to regain a normal state of mind, free of drug-induced highs and lows.
