Behavioral Health Crisis Assessments
Emergent behavioral health consultation is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our Emergency Department. Anyone can come into the Emergency Department at Baptist Health Richmond or Baptist Health Lexington if they are in crisis and seeking mental health treatment. A licensed clinician will be there to support and guide you through the process. A few reasons patients may seek treatment are suicidal or homicidal ideations, hallucinations or delusions, seeking assistance with substance use disorders, detoxing from substances, mood stabilization and severe depression or anxiety.
