Provides: Inspection of various public facilities and enforcement of health and sanitation regulations in Madison County, Ky. Also provides environmental health information and advice to individuals and businesses in the community. Food Safety: restaurant inspections, Food Handler Testing, Food Manager Certification. On-site Sewage Program: Guidelines for sewage, plumbing permits, certified septic system installers and installer’s affidavit, site evaluation application for onsite sewage disposal systems. Public Facilities Inspections & Regulatory Services: Plan application form, public swimming pools and spas, tattoo, body piercing and microblading. Nuisance control: bed bugs, mold, mosquito, rodent control. Animal bites/rabies control: vaccination clinics. Radon: information and test kits.
